Access2Success is an online learning program for students in Grades K through 8 specializing in Math, Science and English. Higher levels will be taken on a case-by-case basis

Please read these Terms of Service (‘Terms’) carefully before using “Access2Successonline.com” (A2S). The Terms of Service apply to all users and visitors of this website. If you do not agree to our Terms of Service, you should not use the Access2Success website.

Additional products and services offered through the website may necessitate additional terms or changes to these terms and conditions. Access2Success reserves the right to add to or amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You should periodically refer to this website for the updated terms and conditions.

Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register for Access2Success. Parents and Legal guardians are required to register their students.

To register on the website, submit a completed application form available on-line. You are responsible for providing true, accurate and complete information in your application Form. Access2Success shall not be responsible for the consequences of any of your information being incomplete, inaccurate, or obsolete. You must promptly notify us of any changes in information provided.

  1. Access2Success reserves the right to refuse and reject your application without reason.
  2. If your application is approved, we will match the best tutor for your child’s needs and share the details. Tutors will send a class invite link.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account(s), and password(s) and for all activities and liabilities associated with or occurring under your account.
  4. You agree not to use the site, the services or Access2Success content to recruit, solicit, or contact in any form tutors, or potential consumers for employment, or contracting for a business without our written permission.
  5. A student will schedule tutoring sessions through our website. Based on the student’s grade, and subject specified, qualified tutors will be selected by Access2Success. The tutor will send a class link and the student is expected to join the scheduled class timely. If the student does not log in to their session within 10 minutes of the start time the tutor will sign off and the session will be forfeited. The student will be liable to pay for the session.
  6. Session booking is dependent on a particular tutor’s availability. Students must choose days and time of sessions when registeringFor any technical or operational reason, if Access2Success needs to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session, Access2Success shall make its best attempts to inform the student via email or phone, as soon as possible, and propose alternate schedules or tutors as necessary.

Subscription

  1. Payment information: You agree that if you select the auto renewal option or the payment plan, A2S is permitted to store your credit card information for the purpose of your future purchase transactions and for no other purpose. You will have the option to change or delete your credit card information from your Access2Success account at any time.
  2. The service is personal to you, and you may not transfer your rights to access the course materials or to receive the services to another person unless A2S has consented in writing to you to do so.
  3. Access2Success tutors make every effort to follow the national standard curriculum, however this is not a guarantee. We recommend parents share their child’s curriculum for specific grades and subjects with a tutor.
  4. If for any reason you are not satisfied with Access2Success online tutoring services and wish to cancel your Online Tutoring Learning Package/Sessions, you may do so with 2 weeks written notification.

Missed sessions

  1. If a tutor must cancel a session the student will be offered a makeup session at a time that is mutually agreeable to both the student and the tutor.
  2. If a child cancels a session with less than 24 hours’ notice a makeup session will be offered within two weeks or the session is forfeited.
  3. Refunds will not be offered unless it is the fault of Access2Success.
  4. If the student needs to reschedule greater than 2 sessions, all attempts will be made to keep the primary tutor, but this is not a guarantee.

Communication

  1. When you enroll with Access2Success, you are providing A2S permission to send you electronic communications related to tutoring. The communications could include notices about your account, e-mails, or other information.
